Privacy Policy
The operator
This site (Yoho) is operated by Yoho Mobile Pte. Ltd.. For any question about this policy, and for the access, correction and deletion requests described below, contact: global@yoho.sg.
What we collect
This site collects only the following minimal information, and only through the lead form. We collect no other personal data:
- Name (optional — only if you choose to provide it);
- Contact detail: an email address or a WhatsApp number (one of the two);
- Interest information: the identifier of the opportunity page you submitted the form from;
- Consent record: whether you ticked consent, the submission time and this policy's version — this is our evidence of compliance with personal-data protection obligations;
- Anti-abuse record: to prevent form abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address. We do not store IP addresses in original form, and the hash cannot be reversed to recover the original address.
This site uses no tracking cookies that require your consent; site visit statistics (if enabled) use cookie-free aggregated measurement that does not identify individual visitors.
What we use it for
- To give you the download link for the one-page brief you requested (shown on the page immediately after submission, not by email);
- With your explicit consent, to send you this site's updates and monthly report — update subscriptions will be sent once the monthly report launches, and every email contains an unsubscribe link;
- To handle your correction messages;
- To prevent form abuse and spam submissions.
We will not sell, rent or provide your contact details to any project sponsor, seller or advertiser, and we will not use your information to market any product promising minimum or guaranteed returns to you — this site sells no products at all. We disclose stored information only where the law requires it.
Retention and storage location
Lead data is kept for 24 months by default, stored in a Cloudflare D1 database (Asia-Pacific region). The anti-abuse IP-hash records are stored with the leads and subject to the same period. Rate-limit counting for abuse prevention uses only the most recent hour of data.
Your rights
- Unsubscribe: every update email contains an unsubscribe link; one click stops sending, no reason needed;
- Deletion: you may at any time ask via global@yoho.sg for all of your contact details and lead records to be deleted; we will delete them after verifying identity and reply to confirm;
- Access and correction: you may ask what information we hold about you and require inaccuracies to be corrected.
Minors
This site is aimed at adult investors and does not knowingly collect information from minors; any such information found will be deleted after verification.
Policy updates
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated version number; changes that widen the scope or purposes of collection will be put into effect only after we obtain your consent again.
